1. Skin Test: Before using magnesium oil extensively, perform a patch test. Apply a small amount to a sensitive area, like the inside of your elbow, and wait 24 hours to ensure no allergic reaction or skin irritation occurs.
2. Application: Spray 6-8 Sprays onto your stomach, legs, feet or back, 10-30 mins before bed. It is easily absorbed through the skin to help you relax, unwind, and recharge

- Daily Use: For general wellness, use magnesium oil once daily. Regular use helps maintain optimal magnesium levels in the body.
- Pre & Post-Workout: Apply magnesium oil to muscles 20-30 minutes before exercise to enhance performance and reduce muscle cramps and after exercise to help with muscle recovery and alleviate soreness.
- Before Bed: Using magnesium oil before bed can promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. Apply it to areas like the calves, feet, or shoulders.

Use On Children: Our Magnesium Oil is safe to use on your little ones, from 3 months and older. Helping them relax and prepare for bedtime, calm their nervous system after a busy day.
We recommend applying 2 sprays to their feet only for a few weeks, from here you can apply 2 sprays to their stomach as well. You can also dilute the formula with water if they are experiencing itching or tingling, begin with (60:40) apply to their feet for around 2 weeks at this strength. You can then build up to a stronger formula and apply to their stomach and feet at night before bed.

- Skin Irritation: Redness, Tingling, itching, or a burning sensation may occur upon application, especially in individuals with sensitive skin.
If you experience a tingle or itch this is very normal as it is a sign of magnesium deficiency and you really do need this product. Instead of discontinuing use, go back to applying to your feet only for another week or so before you try the more sensitive areas again.
You can also apply coconut oil or similar over the top of the spray. This can help soothe the skin and reduce irritation.
- Dryness: Magnesium oil can leave a dry or sticky residue on the skin.
After the magnesium oil has absorbed, moisturizing can help prevent dryness and alleviate any remaining irritation.
